Check-in & Access
Check-in is available from 4 PM. Terra Magica Room is located at Jakla 18, Čavle. The host will welcome you personally upon arrival, provide the key, and show you everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you need any directions or assistance with your arrival, please contact us in advance.
Wi-Fi Instructions
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Terra Magica Room. To get connected, select the network named “Terra Magica Guest” on your device. No password is needed, so you can go online straight away. The room features high-speed fibre-optic internet, providing a fast and reliable connection for everyday browsing, streaming, video calls and remote work throughout your stay.
Parking Options
Guests staying at Terra Magica Room can use the free private parking at the property. The parking area is located directly by the house, making it easy to leave your vehicle close to the entrance. There is enough space for convenient access when arriving, unloading luggage, or heading out for the day.
House Rules
We ask guests to enjoy Terra Magica Room while being considerate of the property and the surrounding area. Smoking is not permitted inside the room, but it is allowed on the balcony. Please avoid parties, loud music, and excessive noise, and take care of the furnishings and shared areas. If you notice any damage or have a problem during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
Check-out & Leaving
Please complete your check-out by 10:00 AM. Before leaving, make sure you have collected all your personal belongings, switched off the lights and air conditioning, and left the room in good order. If you smoked on the balcony, please make sure the balcony door is fully closed before you leave. Leave the key inside the room. If you need any assistance before departure, please contact the host.
Help or Emergency
The host is available if you need information or assistance during your stay. For questions or help, you can reach us through WhatsApp. In an emergency, call 112. For medical emergencies, call 194 for an ambulance, or 192 for the police.
