GENERAL TERMS
All apartments are licensed by the authorities. Reservation is confirmed after 100% advance payment. Written confirmation plus these terms form the Lease Agreement. Guests must be 18+ years old.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in: from 16:00 – 24:00 (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Check-out: by 10:00 (10:00 AM)
Early check-in / late check-out only by agreement and may incur fees.
GUEST REGISTRATION
Valid ID or personal information is required for registration with the Croatian National Tourist Board (CNTB). Failure to provide ID may result in denied access without refund.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
Maximum as per booking confirmation. Changes allowed 1 day before arrival via email. Children count towards total. Overcapacity without permission may result in immediate termination; leave within 2 hours, no refund.
ADDITIONAL BED / EXTRA GUESTS
If 2 guests book an apartment but request two separate beds, an extra fee for the second bed may apply. Please inform Rijeka Apartments Terra in advance so the arrangement can be prepared.
PETS
Allowed only with prior notice. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
NOISE & DISTURBANCES
Disturbing public order may result in immediate termination; leave within 2 hours, no refund.
HOUSE RULES
Each apartment has house rules displayed inside. Violations may result in immediate termination; leave within 2 hours, no refund.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
Prices in Euros (EUR). Payment methods: credit card, cash, bank transfer. Included: utilities, internet, linen, towels, tea towels, final cleaning, tourist registration, VAT. Non-payment within 3 days cancels the reservation.
On-site electronic payments are possible via a Stripe link, but a 4% processing fee applies.
Cancellations <7 days before arrival: payments non-refundable.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Must be sent in writing: email apartmentssterrarijeka@gmail.com or phone +385 98 258 233. Online cancellation ≥7 days before arrival allowed. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or on the day of arrival: 100% of the reservation amount is non-refundable. If Rijeka Apartments Terra changes/cancels, full refund is provided.
ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE
Guests must treat apartments responsibly. Report any damage immediately.
COMPLAINTS
Guests must report any defects, cleaning issues, damage, or other malfunctions in the apartment without delay, and no later than 24 hours after check-in. Complaints about cleaning are addressed immediately.

Guests must allow a reasonable time for Rijeka Apartments Terra to resolve complaints. Early departure without notice and without agreement is at the guest’s risk and expense.
FINAL PROVISIONS AND JURISDICTION
Rijeka Apartments Terra transmits all information about the apartments through the website and strives to provide information as accurate and up-to-date as possible. These Terms and Conditions have been translated by Google. In case of doubt about the interpretation of certain terms in the translated version of these General Terms and Conditions, the original version in Croatian language shall be considered relevant.
The Contracting Parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. In case of any dispute, the territorial jurisdiction of the competent court in Rijeka and the application of Croatian law are agreed.
